1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
- A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.
- Taxes and service charges may apply as per government regulations.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Any damage to property will be charged to the guest’s account.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect personal data solely for booking and guest experience purposes.
- Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent.
